Located in the Pittsburgh borough of Plum is the Boyce Park Ski Area. This county-run ski hill has much to offer skiers and snowboarders, including a half-pipe, a terrain park, cross-country ski trails and equipment rentals. Beginners and children can take part in the numerous programs and classes offered. There are some night skiing areas, as well as timing runs, ski jumps and moguls.
